Shot by Dyson provides professional photography services including, but not limited to:
Portrait photography
Couple photography
Business and commercial photography (e.g., clothing brands, restaurants, etc.)
3. User Accounts
Users are not required to create an account to access or use this website.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session may be eligible for a reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.
All business-related bookings are non-refundable.
By booking services, you agree to these terms.
5. Use of Photographs
All photographs on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may NOT download, reproduce, redistribute, or reuse any photographs from this website for personal or commercial purposes.
No licensing is granted unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Only paying clients or businesses are granted limited rights to use the final delivered images for their own use, provided that credit is given as follows:
